Proximus Group’s Digital Identity (DI) solutions, primarily offered through their affiliate Telesign, focus on enhancing digital security and trust in online interactions. Proximus provides a comprehensive verification solution that enables businesses to verify user identities across multiple channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, Email, and more. This ensures a seamless and secure user experience.
Proximus' collaboration with Infosys will further enhance these solutions by incorporating AI-driven digital assistants and advanced customer engagement tools.
