The title sponsor of Hackathon (HackCBS 5.0)- Permissionless, organised one-of-a-kind collaboration activity, SPACESHIP which saw over 300 students participation
Day 1 of HackCBS 5.0 kicked off with Roshan Vadassery, founder of Permissionless’ workshop where he shared his entrepreneurial journey, and later explained the participants about SPACESHIP. Talking about Spaceship, it was a 100-minute hyper-collaboration-based activity where the teams were expected to create a prototype of a product. Out of the 5 teams, Infernos, who created an AR-integrated fitness app, won the competition.
HackCBS 5.0 was a 24-hour non-stop hackathon with all the teams staying over and developing their ideas into products. Over 750+ students participated in one of the biggest events for tech savvy young minds. Roshan also mentored the participants with a quick insight while introducing them to ASYNC- a borderless work ecosystem, where anyone can create and work on tasks from anyone, anywhere, at any time and get paid, creating curiosity amongst the audience.
Roshan Vadassery- Founder of Permissionless expressed his delight over the positive response from participants in his one-of-a-kind event, Spaceship and said, “We at Permissionless were super excited for HackCBS 5.0, especially SPACESHIP. The masterclass where I interacted with the audience made me feel that there is huge potential amongst today’s youth to help in the evolution of the tech industry. We always believe in giving people the chance to prove themselves and through SPACESHIP, we are glad to be accelerating such power within young minds.”
