Kunaal Dudeja/Nalin Saluja, CEO/CTO & Co-founder at Virohan states, “We envision to bridge the massive dearth of Allied Healthcare Professionals in India and strengthen the Indian Healthcare system with a niche intersection of Healthcare and edtech. Therefore, We have developed an end-to-end, proprietary technology stack to aggregate training providers and standardise operations from mobilisation, training to placements, called myClassroom kit, a proprietary Hybrid Training solution. We are very excited to be expanding further at Delhi, which is known for being the Education Hub of India along with Mumbai."

Virohan has developed a training pedagogy which delivers a standardized, demand driven and engaging learning experience to youth across the country. The pedagogy frees up the trainer to focus their attention not on taking attendance, or preparing lesson plans / lectures, assigning / checking homework, but 100% on student engagement. The platform not only handles all that 100% automatically, but also delivers content designed & vetted by a team of doctors. Classrooms are run by facilitators who use an app and all students use the myCareer app, both inside the classroom and at home. This enables the platform to gather several data points that are analysed by the team of data scientists to then provide personalized interventions to students who need them.

Virohan has partnered with industry players like GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Lenskart Etc. Virohan is currently working as partners with UNICEF YUWAAH! program, GE program, the Indian Medical Association and 650+ hospitals to identify the specific training needs for paramedics and ensure that the content is industry relevant and Job oriented. All of Virohan’s courses include internships at hospitals for hands-on practice of the skills acquired beyond technical know-how. So far, Virohan has trained over 5,000 students and has achieved a student placement rate of ~90% students. The company has 7 centres across Delhi, Haryana, Chattisgarh, UP and Maharashtra and plans to scale up to 160 centres across 35+ cities PAN India and to train at least 1 million students by 2025.
