Ed-Tech Platform NeoStencil to Support IAS Dream of JNU Guard Ramjal

Rajmal Meena, a 34-year-old security guard at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), gets a support from NeoStencil, an online platform for UPSC/IAS exam preparation, for his dream to become IAS officer and serve the government.
