CloudBoost.io, a Hyderabad based startup has been invited to participate in MassChallenge and Parallel18, representing India on the global platform at two of the leading startup accelerators in the world.
CloudBoost builds a cloud platform that lets software developers build apps in half less time by taking care of the infrastructure and backend (servers, databases, and more) for them. This lets companies cut their software development team by more than half by not hiring as many developers to build apps and lets them move faster than competition – saving them time and more than half a million dollars of development costs on average annually.
“We’re working on to disrupt how apps are being built around the world. We work with some of the world’s biggest enterprises like Sony, Bank of America and some of the world’s successful startups like LunaLights and more. We help these companies build software faster and get to market faster than ever. Most of software development is being automated and software is building software and we want to be a leader in that evolution,” said Nawaz Dhandala, CEO of CloudBoost.io.
With a team of just 12 with everyone below the age of 24, this young startup based out of Hyderabad is now one of the companies serving more than 50,0000 customers globally.
“It’s almost impossible to imagine a business today without the digital and an app strategy. The biggest hurdle that companies face is the huge amount of investment required for hire and retain a software team, and to maintain these apps. On average apps takes 8-12 months to build. Our mission is to save at least half of this development time and cost,” said Shubham Aggarwal, CTO at CloudBoost.
Only a handful of the best most innovative companies in the world are selected among thousands of applicants for these renowned startup accelerators. “MassChallenge, Boston startups are outstanding companies. Across all industries – high tech, clean tech, social impact, retail and life sciences – startups transform people’s lives,” said the Kiki, Director of MassChallenge Boston. Being a part of MassChallenge, CloudBoost plans to start operations in the US and serve North American customers.
CloudBoost is one of the 36 companies from around the world who is invited by Government of Puerto Rico & Parallel18 to start operations and serve customers locally on the island. Puerto Rico serves as a launchpad for companies to expand into Latin American markets in the future.
