Apple provides recycling options both to its household customers as well as for business customers. Any Apple household customer in India can recycle their apple product by emailing to apple.consumer.return@simsrecycling.com. Not only will Apple collect the product from your door, it will also recycle it responsibly for free.

LG

If you're a LG smartphone user, then LG also has a LG Recycling Program. The details of which are available on their website. HTC

If you're an HTC user, the manufacturer also has an e-waste recycling program in place. In India, the smartphone giant has partnered with an authorized e-waste recycling company named as 3R Recycler Pvt. Ltd. for its e-waste recycling initiative, which will collect, dismantle dispose off e-waste collected from all over the country.

Where there's a problem, there's a solution. This holds true even for the e-waste problem. As the e-waste problem started grabbing headlines all around the world, several startups stepped in to do something about the situation.

2) Retailers: The startup has put together an interface called called Karma Recycling Exchange Hub, which acts as an end-to-end solution for retailers to evaluate any old mobile device and offer that value as an in-store discount to their customers.
