Mumbai's Amplifi SaaS Accelerator Goes International Launches Operations In Hong Kong

The Asian startup ecosystem has really taken off and come into its own in the past few years. The startup and funding numbers are mushrooming exponentially - making it more of a revolution than just a passing trend.

But while the potential is huge the need of the hour is to create ecosystems that helps this revolution to translate into meaningful growth for the upcoming startups in Asia.

Accelerators and incubators play a vital role in enabling this and the last couple of years has seen an equally rapid growth in the number of accelerators.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Amplifi SaaS Accelerator was launched in October 2015 to provide the most holistic ecosystem for B2B SaaS startups in Asia.

The Amplifi accelerator program is a gruelling 3 months long program for the shortlisted startup founders chosen through a rigorous selection process and culminates in a demo-day attended by hand picked angel investors and seed funds. Amplifi recently completed their inaugural cohort based out of Bangalore, India and the startups are in serious rounds of discussions with investors, trying to close their rounds.

Amplifi supports selected startups with infrastructure, mentors, shared resources, access to potential customers, angels and VCs plus credits from partners & service providers.

Amplifi’s program is now available in 7 locations in total in India - Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR and Kolkata and has reached international shores as well - Hong Kong.

In Hong Kong, Amplifi partners with its leading co working space & startup ecosystem - Paperclip Startup Campus and will be supported by InvestHK and Cyberport which has assigned a fabulous work space for the startups to use during the course of the program.

Applications for Hong Kong cohort have just been opened and we hope to have the Hong Kong cohort join in
tandem with India cohorts.
