It is the product of Jainam wellness Pvt Ltd with services such as on demand doctor, nurses, spa, salon, lab, physio, yoga, dentist, psychiatrist. They have their app on play store and soon they will launch their IOS version as well. The app is called planmyhealth which will be rebranded to planmycare in coming days. The app is like ola for healthcare which shows healthcare services available in the area of the user. This startup is based out of Mumbai.

Mr.Akshay Shah is CEO/Founder of Jainam Wellness. He has studied at the National Institute Of Export Management, Mumbai University.

Their future vision is to scale up to 25 cities in india with 25 healthcare and Wellness services. Planmycare.in has 350 Doctors on board and 1000 transactions till its inception in early 2016.
