Vectren Successfully Completes Implementation of FARRMS EmissionsTracker for Emissions Allowance Management

DENVER, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Pioneer Solutions, LLC, is pleased to announce that Vectren Energy Delivery (Vectren) has successfully completed the implementation of the FARRMS EmissionsTracker software solution. EmissionsTracker is being used by Vectren to manage emissions allowance inventories and compliance for its electric subsidiary.



EmissionsTracker provides a comprehensive solution that automates end-to-end emissions tracking and management processes and is designed to support enterprise-wide inventory tracking, trading and compliance. The solution supports comprehensive environmental products including emissions reduction credits, CO2 offsets, CO2 credits, SO2, NOx, RECs, and Kyoto Protocol defined products such as CER, ERU and VER. The system can also track all greenhouse gases and pollutants should an organization choose to. Indiana-based Vectren supplies electricity and/or natural gas to more than 1 million customers in Indiana and west central Ohio.
