Designed to be a fun, socially-oriented sister site to the company's ecommerce website, 1800Mattress.com, BeenCaughtSleeping.com takes a lighthearted look at people who doze off in unique places and at unique times.
The user-generated website features humorous photos and videos of ordinary people, celebrities, politicians and others who have been captured on camera succumbing to their need to catch some z's while crossing the street, working, traveling, shopping and more. Site visitors who submit their original photos of people sleeping will be automatically entered in the monthly photo contest. Once a picture is published, it will be voted on by site visitors. The people who submitted the top three pictures with the most votes will receive prizes. The first place prize is a $100 gift card.
