Atalasoft Announces Record Revenues for First Half of 2010

PR Newswire -- July 27, 2010

EASTHAMPTON, Mass., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Atalasoft, Inc., provider of .NET Imaging SDKs and a universal viewer for SharePoint, today announced record revenues and strong growth across all product lines in the first half of 2010. Atalasoft's second quarter 2010 sales figures were the best in the company's 8-year history, up over 56% from 2009 with first half of 2010 year-to-date sales 36% higher than 2009.

Atalasoft's technology is used across markets that require document viewing, conversion, and processing including Healthcare, Legal, Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, and Education. In particular, OEM offerings allowing ISVs to license their document imaging technology for a low fixed yearly fee without reporting or paying royalties has led to strong growth in Atalasoft's toolkit business.

"Since Q3 of 2009, we have consistently experienced record sales and increased market penetration," says William Bither, Founder & CEO. "Our expertise in Microsoft imaging and PDF technologies and dedication to customer service continues to be the foundation of our company. I believe this is the reason for our continued success, despite the economic downturn."

For nearly ten years, Atalasoft has built software that improves how people work with documents over the web through image viewing, annotating, and processing technology. Products include DotImage, the leading imaging toolkit for .NET developers, and Vizit, a universal viewer for SharePoint. For two years in a row, Atalasoft was listed as one of Inc. Magazine's 100 fastest-growing software companies in the US and is a member of many industry organizations including AIIM and ARMA; they are on the TWAIN working group.
